Food: 5/5 The pizza is phenomenal. You have a chewy thin crust that supports a mouthful of flavors. I tried the Fig Jam & Bacon ($6) , New Yorker ($6), L'industrie ($7.5), Tartufo ($5.5), which were all delicious but my favorite is the Fig Jam & Bacon. It's a sweet, savory, and creamy take on your typical slice. For added flavor, you can sprinkle on complimentary red pepper flakes or hot oil but don't expect any other condiments. Service: 3/5 There's likely going to be a line down the block during peak hours, but it moves at a bearable pace if you're not in a rush, 30 mins wait overall. Orders are handled by both a stationary and mobile counter service staff with a 2.65% service charge. You'll need to be within hearing distance of the service area to pick up your order. Ambiance: 3/5 It's likely going be packed so you'll probably be standing or cramped at non-reservable table if you're dining in.

L'industrie has landed in Manhattan and I'd say it's on par with the original location. Got in line on a Sunday at 11:40 am and was 10th in line (they open at 12). Ordered by 12:05 and had pizza in hand at 12:15. I tried: + Burrata + Spicy salami slice + Margherita slice + Cantaloupe and pistachio sorbetto + Chocolate chip cookie The spicy salami is my new favorite slice - definitely get that. Desserts were also amazing as always. Have to try the olive oil cake next time. The margherita could have been slightly hotter but that's my only note. Unlike bk, they have inside tables and seating at this location, and a bathroom!

This is my favorite NYC slices place, was so happy to find out they opened one up in Manhattan, no longer have to go to Brooklyn for it! Came on a Friday evening for dinner, got 2 slices: tarufo (mushroom with truffle oil) and sausage / pepperoni / ricotta. Ordered and paid first, $12.82 for both slices including tax. Asked how much their gelato was and it's $6.50, and their frozen margs are $15. Wow. Waited for not too long before they called my name and I went inside to pick up the slices which were served on two paper plates (I guess you only get a tray when you get at least 3 slices). Every slice was thin, flavorful, and had a ton of toppings. Pretty crispy bottom, great texture. I loved the tarufo, probably wouldn't order the sausage / pepperoni / ricotta again, didn't think the flavor was very good. Tried a bite of the spicy salami which didn't have much flavor either, might think about getting the margarita next time. Seating is a bit difficult to find but found a spot without a problem, although AC was dripping down in some spots.

This place has always been on my list but I never actually took the time to go. The line actually wasn't that bad on a hot summer day at 1:30 pm on a Saturday. My friend and I got: - Burrata - L'industrie: I really like this and felt that the prosciutto did make a difference! - Fig, jam, bacon: I didn't know what to expect but this was my favorite slice I had. The flavors all just worked together. - Veggie - Margherita It's small inside. There's one gender neutral bathroom. There was water leaking from the ceiling at one of the tables, so my friend and I moved to a different table. You give your name and wait for your name to be called. They are very fast and each slice is hot and fresh! I'd definitely come back to try other slices!

We decided to divide and conquer on grabbing some slices of pizza while in the west village area. One of the places we got pizza from was here. Very busy as a newer Instagram trap - which isn't a bad thing at all - I have just seen this place on a variety of NYC lists and the food obviously backs it up. Cheese slices and a burrata slice both very good. Thin, CRISPY underneath, and just a very good slice of pizza x2,

Believe. The. Hype. It's an 8.4 pizza on my scale. Really great thin crust pizza with some exotic toppings or great even plain. Came on a Thursday night and the line was out the door but not around the block like I've heard other times. It did move quickly as they have to move quickly. Inside is small and you can find elbow room to eat inside if you want wait but it was such a nice day that it was better to walk to the WSH for sunset. Definitely worth trying if you live NY style thin, crispy pizza with great ingredients

Super excited for L'industrie to open in Manhattan. I have already been here twice and was able to try a little bit of everything before writing this review. On weekends, expect the wait to be anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour to order and then another 20-30 minutes to get your pizza. On weekdays, the wait is about 20 minutes to order and 10-15 minutes for your pizza. Burrata Slice - This is my favorite slice at L'industrie! You can taste the high-quality ingredients. From the tomato sauce to burrata and to top it all off, with freshly grated parmigiano and a fresh basil leaf is the perfect *chef kiss.* Highly recommend! L'industrie Slice (Proscuitto & Ricotta) - This was my SO's favorite. You get the same great tomato base that pairs well with the saltiness of the prosciutto. Highly recommend! New Yorker Slice (Pepperoni, Sausage, and Ricotta) - A classic homage to New York with the spiciness from pepperoni and sausage balanced out by dollops of ricotta. Margharita Slice - A classic New York cheese slice. It was nothing noteworthy. Fig Jam & Bacon - Everyone was raving about this when I was here the first time, so I knew I had to come back and try. The bacon was overcooked and became very tough. The fig jam added a nice sweetness on the initial bite, but as I got a few more bites in, it became too overbearingly sweet. Overall, I was not a fan of this slice. Gelato - I was recommended the vanilla and lemon twist that is drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. I enjoyed the vanilla part of it and found the lemon a bit too strong for me. All in all, this was a great note to end on.

Enjoy sweet and savory pizza? This is the place. L'Industrie (5/5) - get hot honey Fig burrata (4/5) White (3/5) Scarf it down. The pizza is good while it's hot, but once it cools down it's hard. Thursday 9:30pm - waited about 30 mins total ordering and getting our slices. Our friend sat in the back corner seat and got bit by mosquitoes :-(

After all is said and done, this pizza was by far the best pizza we've ever tasted. The lines can be long, but it felt like it went quick. Good amount of selection to choose from. The pizzas were great tasting, thin crust, but so good. I felt like we could've eaten a whole pie to ourselves. If whenever within the area, definitely try this place out. It's so good! We wish we had something like this closer to us in the West Coast.

Listen, they charge for a pizza box. Take my fa-king money! Are you really gonna pitch a fit about anything after waiting outside for at least 45 minutes? I'm on a search for the best pizza in NYC. I've been to both Jersey and CT (Razza in Hoboken is pretty good) but trust me, they can't hold a candle to anything being made in New York City. My search brings me to L'industrie Pizzeria. I've been to the Brooklyn location a few years ago. No hype and no lines. Just some damn good pizza eaten in a place the size of my closet. I came on a Saturday and I can see there is a small line. I peek inside and see there is mass hysteria. The kitchen is a well oiled machine, evreyone is cooking and banging out pizza. The customers, they're all over place with their purchase trying to eat their pizza. The guy managing the line says, if you buy a beer next door you can also bring your pizza inside and eat. Sold! When it's my turn, I ordered the "New Yorker Pie" which is topped with sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage and dollops of ricotta cheese. Finally, my name is called. I grab my pizza and head out the door. It's standing room only inside, I'm outta here! I go next door and order a pint. I open my pizza box. Man... This is no hype. I don't remember all the different choices a few years ago at the Brooklyn location. The New Yorker Pie is a banger! Freshly crumbled sausage, the spicy pepperoni is mixed with the delicious sauce on a perfect crust. You get what you pay for, this pizza is pricey at $36 bucks for a whole pie. Talk about raking in the dough! But guess what? You don't want to pay that much? You don't want to pay for a pizza box? GTFO! This is the price I paid and I'd gladly throw my money at them like Pamela Anderson on stage (Don't break my onions, I'm old) "This" is the best pizza I had in 2024. You wanna play? You gotta play. End of story
